Joyce has 3 children, two of which reside in Alberta. The third, son Tim, is deceased. She and Russ now have a new baby....their longhair Chihuahua named Sawyer Darby Brown

Joyce is originally from Oak River. She and Russ met and married 9 years ago on Valentine's Day and since her birthday is February 16, each new year brings lots of anticipation.  This year it has inspired her to learn to play the mandolin.  Watch for her first performance at an upcoming jam!

Joyce says "This is the best group we have ever been associated with.  No one laughs at you or makes fun".  Every summer they hook up their Boler and head out with the Jammers to Grand Valley, Shady Oaks, and wherever the music bug takes them. And she brings fresh garden vegetables to share with the rest of us too!

When you hear Joyce and her beautiful voice belt out a song, you just know that some higher power sent her our way!  Come on out and hear her sing whenever you get a chance. You won't be sorry!
