He claims that all through his working life he never really was interested in music other than to dance which he still does with style but once he started singing, he loved it and now is a regular.

Originally born and raised in MacGregor, MB he has seen tragedy and loss but has come through it all with his wry sense of humour and honesty.

You will notice Jim going through the crowd with his "PHILIP aka Fillup" guitar collecting our donations at each jam.  He is a tireless volunteer at our yearly Christmas Concert as well where he sits at the front of the lobby selling auction tickets each and every year.  Both he and Louise sit on our organizing committee and are eager to help out whenever and wherever possible.

Jim states that coming to the Jams make him feel better the very minute the music starts and now he is contributing and loving it.

We expect to hear much more from Jim in 2008!
