BEA MEEK

Bea was born in Watrous Saskatchewan. She says her Dad was her inspiration because he was a beautiful singer with a high tenor voice although he only ever sang around home for pleasure. She has been singing since she can remember.

She now lives in Brandon and is a widow. after being married for 43 years. She has four sons, 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Bea says she plays an instrument called an OMNICHORD for the past 10 years or so but there is no place to plug it in at the Jams.

She has previously lived in Medicine Hat where she owned her own Karaoke company and sang Karaoke for 9 years.

Bea loves coming to the Jams and singing and has now got a circle of friends that come with her. All of them are great volunteers and anxious to help out where needed. We are so glad Bea decided to join us and bring her beautiful voice.
