Musician of the Month

Barry was born, raised and has lived all his life in Wellwood, Manitoba. He began singing as a wee young lad at his mother's knee because he says Mom was very musical.

He has sung in the church choir all his life and during his school years with the school choir. At one time he even sang in a band called the "Welldonians". Barry states he once played tenor sax but no longer does that. He has dabbled with guitar and even with the harmonica a time or two.

He and his wife have 3 children and 7 grandchildren that they truly love and spend time enjoying.

Of Westman Jams, Barry says he loves it. Its a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon and he joins as often as possible.
